摘要

以高级人力资本、外商直接投资、生产性服务业发展水平和技术创新作为解释变量构建广义最小二乘法(FGLS)模型,利用我国31个省市区2005-2016年的面板数据对我国制造业升级的影响因素进行了实证检验。研究发现,生产性服务业的发展水平对制造业升级影响最大,其次为技术创新,外商直接投资对于制造业升级的推动作用近年来有所下滑,高级人力资本投入的作用相对较小。据此,从完善服务平台建设、提高技术创新效率、提高企业自主创新能力以及加速人力资本积累四个方面给出了推动我国制造业转型升级的政策建议。
        In this paper,the generalized least square(FGLS) model was constructed with advanced human capital,foreign direct investment,development level of producer services and technological innovation as explanatory variables,and the factors influencing the upgrading of China manufacturing industry were empirically tested by using panel data from 2005 to 2016 in 31 provinces and municipalities of China.It found that the development level of producer services has the biggest impact on the upgrading of manufacturing industry,followed by technological innovation.The driving role of foreign direct investment in the upgrading of manufacturing industry has declined in recent years,while the role of senior human capital investment is relatively small.Therefore,policy suggestions were given on promoting the transformation and upgrading of China manufacturing industry from four aspects:improving service platform construction,improving technology innovation efficiency,improving enterprise independent innovation capability and accelerating human capital accumulation.
