摘要
以聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯和噁唑烷潜固化剂为原料制备单组分聚氨酯树脂。通过红外光谱、固化时间、力学性能、吸水率和粘接强度测试等表征手段研究了预聚物NCO含量对单组分聚氨酯树脂结构与性能的影响。结果表明,随着NCO含量的增加,固化时间增加,硬度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率逐渐增加,吸水率先降低后升高,粘接强度先增加后降低;当NCO质量分数为8%时,单组分聚氨酯树脂的综合性能达到最优。
        One-component polyurethane resin was synthesized based on polyoxypropylene glycol,polyoxytertramethylene glycol,toluene diisocyanate and latent curing agent oxazolidine. The effect of prepolymer NCO content on the structure and performance of one-component polyurethane resin coating was evaluated through infrared spectroscopy,setting time,mechanical properties,water absorption and bond strength. The results showed that,as the NCO content increased,the setting time delayed,hardness and tensile strength were increased gradually,while the water absorption first decreased and then increased,the bond strength first increased and then decreased. When the NCO content was 8%,the overall performance of one-component polyurethane resin was the best.
