摘要

分析新时代文化以及文化强国的内涵,掌握新时代文化和文化强国的基本特征,在认同、遵循和担当中增进文化自觉,在传承、借鉴和创新中坚定文化自信,依靠中国传统文化,践行和培育社会主义核心价值观;坚持"以人民主体地位为导向"的创作指向,坚持社会主义文艺改革创新,推进中华文化国际传播能力和对外话语体系建设,繁荣社会主义文艺;发扬学术民主、艺术民主,提升文艺原创力,推动新时代社会主义文化向更高水平发展。
        By analyzing the connotation of culture and cultural power in the new era, and grasping their characteristics, we will enhance our cultural awareness in identifying, adhering to and shouldering them, strengthen cultural confidence in inheriting, learning and innovating them, and practice and cultivate core socialist values on the basis of traditional Chinese culture. By adhering to the "orientation of taking the people as the main body" in artistic creation, persisting in the reform and innovation of socialist literature and art, we will promote the international communication ability of Chinese culture and construct the discourse system in international communication, and boom our socialist literature and art development. By promoting academic and art democracy, enhancing the originality of literature and art creation, we will promote the development of the socialist culture in the new age to a higher level.
