溃疡性结肠炎炎症介质与免疫应答的研究

摘要
慢性溃疡性结肠炎是一种常见的慢性非特异性肠道疾病,主要累及结直肠,易反复发作,其发病机制目前尚不明确,可能与免疫、环境、遗传、微生物等多种因素有关。其中,免疫异常被认为是溃疡性结肠炎发病的重要因素,涉及多种免疫细胞及相应细胞因子水平的改变或失衡。本文主要阐述了溃疡性结肠炎发病过程中炎症介质与免疫应答的研究。
Chronic ulcerative colitis is a common chronic nonspecific intestinal disease, mainly involving in colorectal,easy to break out repeatedly,its pathogenesis is not yet clear,maybe related to immunity,environment,genetic,microbial and other factors. Dysimmunity is considered the important pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,in relation to the corresponding changes or imbalance in the level of cytokines and immune cells. The relationship between the immune factors and inflammation on the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis was mainly elaborated.
