国内社群档案资源建设模式探析

摘要
社群范式是档案学四个范式中的重要一环。本文在结合国内社群档案资源建设实践的基础上,总结当前国内社群档案资源构建的自上而下与自下而上两大模式。从建设理念、建设内容、建设方式三个方面分析不同模式下社群档案资源构建的特点,认为自上而下模式中资源建设具有强调国家公共利益、内容宏观、建设路径自上而下的特点;而自下而上模式则具有关注边缘群体、内容丰富、自成体系的特点。最后通过对比两大模式,提出我国社群档案工作的创新策略。
Community paradigm is an important part of four paradigms of archives. On the basis of community archives practices in our country, this paper summarizes the current two models of constructing community archives resources in China as the "top-down" model and the "bottom-up" model, and analyzes the characteristic of different models of building community archives resources in China from three aspects containing construction concept, content and mode. It is considered that the resource construction in the "topdown" mode has the characteristics of emphasizing the national public interest, the microscopic content, and the construction path from top to bottom, while the "bottom-up" model reflects the characteristics of focusing on marginal groups, rich content and self-contained system. In the end, this paper puts forward three innovative strategies for community archives construction in China, which contains spreading range, opening platform, and publicity and education.
