我国乡村治理中的“国家-社会”关系分析——以象山县“村民说事”为例

摘要
国家与社会关系的变迁与发展深刻影响着国家和社会的治理体制与治理结构,新中国成立迄今我国农村国家与社会的关系经历了"一体同构"、"有限分离"到"有机互动"的嬗变历程。转型期,我国农村国家与社会关系呈现出复杂的博弈、互构多种形态,要求我们立足于当前社会发展现实对国家-社会关系发展做出新的解释。梳理国家与社会关系的发展脉络和逻辑演变路径,将国家与社会关系的考察放置在具体的"过程-事件"场域中,引入象山县的"村民说事"乡村治理创新机制,分析我国地方治理中"国家-社会"框架下良性互动相互增权模式,是未来我国农村国家与社会互动的方式形态和发展趋势。
The changes and development of the relationship between the state and society have profoundly affected the governance system and governance structure of the state and society. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the relationship between the state and society in rural areas has experienced evolution process of "integral isomorphism" and "limited separation" to "organic interaction". In the transitional period, the relationship between the country and the society in rural China presents a complex game and multi-forms of mutual construction, which requires us to make a new interpretation of the development of the state-society relationship based on the current social development reality. The author points out that the mode and development trend of the interaction between country and society in rural areas in the future China will be demonstrated through combing the development context and logical evolution path of the relationship between the state and society, placing the investigation of the relationship between the state and society in the specific field of "process-event", introducing the innovative mechanism of "villagers talking about things" in rural governance of Xiangshan county, and analyzing the mode of benign interaction and mutual empowerment under the framework of "state-society" in local governance of our country.
