职业发展能力为导向的财务管理专业建设初探——以甘肃农业大学财务管理专业为例

摘要
财务管理专业是组织企业财务活动,处理财务关系的一门管理类学科,在企业运营与发展中具有重要作用。本文以甘肃农业大学财务管理专业本科生培养现状为研究对象,通过对学生与就业单位发放100份问卷调查以及综合打分,进行相关性分析。此外,结合任课教师调查以及财管专业本科生培养方案综合分析了当前培养模式的问题与不足。同时,基于职业发展能力为导向,在财务管理专业的课程设置、师资配备、培养模式等方面的改善与提升提出一些建议与对策,旨在更好地为现代化企业发展提供更多合格的财务管理专业人才。
Financial management is a management discipline that organizes financial activities and deals with financial relations.It plays an important role in the operation and development of enterprises.This paper takes the current situation of financial management undergraduate training in Gansu Agricultural University as the research object,and carries out correlation analysis through 100 questionnaires and comprehensive scores issued by students and employment units.In addition,the problems and shortcomings of the current training mode are comprehensively analyzed based on the survey of teachers and the training program for undergraduates majoring in finance and management.At the same time,based on the guidance of career development ability,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the improvement and promotion of the curriculum setting,teaching staff and training mode of financial management specialty in order to provide more qualified financial management professionals for the development of modern enterprises.
