摘要
质量、质心作为运载火箭的主要参数,直接影响飞行的成败。阐述了一种大型运载火箭总装过程中的质量质心测量方法,采用四点支撑法并配以箭体滚转来实现运载火箭三维质心的测量,并针对大型运载火箭直径大、刚性弱、长度长等特点,提出了一种质量质心测量系统校准方案。通过质量质心测量系统的校准,消除了工艺方案中难以保证的环节对测量结果的影响,实现了大型运载火箭质量、质心的精确测量,为运载火箭成功飞行提供了数据基础。
The mass and centroid as main parameters of launch vehicle have direct impact on the success or failure of flight.A mass and centroid measurement method for a large launch vehicle assembly process is described in this paper,and the four-point support method is adopted to measure the three dimensional centroid of launch vehicle.Aiming at the characteristics of large launch vehicle,such as large diameter,weak rigidity and long length,a calibration scheme for mass and centroid measuring system is proposed.Through the calibration of the mass and centroid measuring system,the influence of the process plan on the measurement result is eliminated.The accurate measurement of mass and centroid of large launch vehicle is realized,which can provide the data basis for successful flight of launch vehicle.
