摘要
质量评级与改进体系是美国各州促进学前教育质量提升的重要举措,然而其在发挥质量提高和改进功能的同时,也出现诸多问题与挑战。为此,宾夕法尼亚州采取了简化质量标准、恢复教师发展支持项目、优化评估程序、提供精准技术指导、增加财政补贴等举措,以吸引更多的幼教机构参与到体系之中,增加高质量幼教机构的数量。宾夕法尼亚州的举措代表了美国学前教育质量评级与改进体系发展的最新动向与趋势,可为我国学前教育质量监测体系的构建提供借鉴。
