摘要

文章基于2000—2015年中国与东盟各国的服务贸易和货物贸易数据,通过学者Novy(2013)改进的引力模型对中国与东盟国家的双边服务贸易成本和货物贸易成本进行了测度,结果表明:2000—2015年中国与东盟国家之间的双边服务贸易成本呈不断下降趋势,但是服务贸易成本远高于同期货物贸易成本,说明中国与东盟国家间的服务贸易成本仍有较大的下降空间;利用贸易增长贡献率分解模型测度了服务贸易成本对服务贸易增长的贡献度,发现中国与东盟国家双边服务贸易成本下降对双边服务贸易增长的贡献度达到了64.57%,表明贸易成本的下降对服务贸易增长具有重要影响。
        Based on the data of trade in services and goods between China and ASEAN from 2000 to 2015, this paper measures the cost of bilateral trade in services and trade in goods between China and ASEAN countries through the improved gravitational model of Novy(2013). The results show that the cost of bilateral trade in services between China and ASEAN countries is declining from 2000 to 2015, but the cost of trade in services is decreasing. The cost of trade in goods is much higher than that of trade in goods in the same period, which indicates that there is still a large space for the cost of trade in services between China and ASEAN to decrease. Then the contribution of the cost of trade in services to the growth of trade in services is measured by using the decomposition model of the contribution rate of trade growth. The results show that the contribution of the decrease of the cost of trade in services between China and ASEAN countries to the growth of trade in services reaches 64.57%. It shows that the decrease of trade cost is of great significance to the growth of trade in services.
