摘要
城乡规划中建筑空间资源利用率的优化,能够有效促进城乡规划的可持续发展。对建筑空间资源利用率的优化,需要对资源数据进行标准化处理,建立空间资源利用率指标驱动力模型,完成建筑空间利用率的优化。传统方法建立资源利用率测度模型,对建筑空间资源利用率进行计算,但忽略了对利用率指标的求取,导致建筑空间利用率效果不理想。提出基于资源经济学理论的建筑空间资源利用率优化方法。构建城乡规划中建筑空间资源利用率的影响指标体系,并对所需数据进行标准化处理;建立某地区建筑空间资源利用率指标变化及其核心影响指标之间的驱动力模型;计算各区域间城乡规划中建筑空间资源利用率扩张最优量。实验结果表明,我国应该从农地非农化途径转变为提升农用地建筑空间资源利用率的边际效益,通过宏观调控的手段对我国城乡规划中建设用地的建筑空间资源利用率进行优化。
        The optimization of the utilization ratio of building space resources in urban and rural planning can effectively promote the sustainable development of urban and rural planning. To optimize the utilization ratio of building space resources,we need to standardize the resource data and establish the driving force model of spatial resource utilization index,so as to optimize the utilization ratio of building space. The traditional method of resource utilization rate measurement is used to calculate the utilization rate of building space resources,but it ignores the utilization rate index,which results in the inefficient utilization of building space. A method of optimizing the utilization ratio of building space resources based on the theory of resource economics is proposed. Construction of index system of space utilization of resources in urban and rural planning,and the required data standardization; established by the driving force model between the rate of change and the core indicators of impact indicators of architectural space resources in a region; calculate the regional urban and rural planning in building space utilization rate of resource optimal expansion. The experimental results show that China should transform the way of farmland conversion to the marginal benefit of improving the utilization ratio of agricultural space resources,and optimize the utilization ratio of construction space resources in urban and rural planning by means of macroeconomic regulation and control.
