摘要

饮用水源地生态补偿机制的目的是改善饮用水源地生态环境,促进人与自然和谐共处,而资金机制是解决饮用水源地生态补偿问题的关键和落脚点。在阐述饮用水源地生态补偿资金机制的概念与理论的基础上,对饮用水源地生态补偿资金机制的现状进行了梳理,剖析当前饮用水源地生态补偿资金机制存在的问题,提出完善饮用水源地生态补偿资金机制的建议,以期促进生态补偿工作的开展,取得饮用水源地生态环境保护的理想效果。
        The purpose of ecological compensation mechanism in drinking water source areas is to improve the ecological environment of drinking water source and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. Fund Mechanism is the key to solve the problem of ecological compensation of drinking water source. The present situation of ecological compensation fund mechanism in drinking water source area sorted on the basis of expounding the concept and theory of ecological compensation mechanism of drinking water source area,analyzed China's drinking water problems of mechanism of ecological compensation funds,threw out a suggestion to perfecting the mechanism of ecological compensation funds source of drinking water,in order to promoted the work of ecological compensation, the ideal effect of drinking water ecological environment protection.
