摘要
采用AHP模型以及层次结构分析法分析了影响综采工作面单产的因素,综合分析综采设备的各项性能指标,发现采煤机截割能力的大小以及液压支架移架速度的快慢是两个主要影响综采工作面单产产量的因素,并从安全方面与集约化管理两方面提出了一系列综采设备管理策略。
The factors affecting the unit production of fully mechanized mining face are analyzed by using AHP model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and the performance indexes of fully mechanized mining equipment are comprehensively analyzed. It is found that the cutting capacity of shearer and the speed of hydraulic support moving are two main factors that affect the yield per unit production of fully mechanized mining face, and a series of management strategies of fully mechanized mining equipment are put forward from the aspects of safety and intensive management.
