日粮中铜水平对貉造血功能和肝脏铜浓度的影响

摘要
为了分析日粮中不同水平的铜对貉造血功能和肝脏中铜的沉积量的影响,试验选取貉12只,随机平分成4组,分别编号为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组。Ⅳ组为对照组正常投喂基础日粮,基础日粮中铜为10 mg/kg。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,在基于日粮铜水平上分别添加10 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、30 mg/kg的外源铜。试验期为60 d。试验结果表明:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组RBC(红细胞数)、HGB(血红蛋白数)、HCT(红细胞比容) 3项血液指标先上升,后逐渐稳定,高于Ⅳ组,且差异显著(P <0. 05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组肝脏铜沉积量与日粮中铜含量呈正相关,Ⅲ组肝脏铜沉积量明显高于其他3组,且差异极显著(P <0. 01)。说明日粮中添加外源铜对貉的造血功能有促进作用;当日粮中铜水平超过30 mg/kg时铜会在貉肝脏中加倍沉积。
        We investigated the effects of dietary copper levels on hematopoietic function and liver copper deposition in raccoon dog( Nyctereutes procyonoides). Twelve raccoon dogs were selected and randomly and evenly grouped into four groups of three( groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ). Group Ⅳserved as the control group which was fed a basic diet containing 10 mg/kg of copper. Experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed the basic diet plus 10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg of external copper,respectively,for the 60-day trial. The results showed that the red blood cell( RBC),hemoglobin( HGB) and hematocrit( HCT) of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased and stabilized,and all were significantly higher than those of group Ⅳ( P < 0. 05). The liver copper deposition in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was positively correlated with dietary copper level,however that in groupⅢ was significantly higher than in other three groups( P < 0. 01). Thus,the hematopoietic functions of raccoon dog were promoted by the addition of external dietary copper. When the dietary copper level exceeded 30 mg/kg,copper deposition doubled in the liver of raccoon dog.
