于睿从脾胃论治冠心病

摘要
于睿教授认为冠心病病位在心,与脾胃关系密切,应依整体观念,见心之病不独治心,辨证施治,方可收效。脾胃与心经脉相互络属,五行母子相系,功能密切相关。脾胃功能失调,经过一系列病理改变所致"不通则痛"及"不荣则痛"是冠心病基本病机,提出脾病则五脏不安,胃病则脏腑失充;总结出益气健脾、疏肝理脾、补益心脾、温中散寒及化湿和胃等方法,从调理脾胃入手论治冠心病,并遣方用药于临床。
Professor Yu Rui thinks that not only coronary heart disease is due to the disorder of the heart,but also it is connected with the spleen and stomach closely.So It will work well that we determine the treatment based on syndrome differentiation not only focusing on the heart according to the concept of holism when we meet the heart disease.The spleen and stomach connect with the heart in meridians,the heart is the mother-organ of the spleen and stomach in five elements and they nourish each other in function.the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach through a series of pathological changes leads to"pain caused by stasis","pain caused by under nourishment",which are the basic pathogenesis of coronary heart diseases.She believes that disorder of the spleen causes dysfunction of five zang organs and disorder of the stomach causes essence loss of viscera.She sums up many different treatments of coronary heart diseases by regulating the spleen and stomach such as promoting qi to enforce the spleen,soothing qi of the liver and regulating the spleen,enforcing the heart and the spleen,warming the middle and dispersing cold,resolving dampness and normalizing the stomach,and accordingly she makes prescriptions by using Chinese medicinal herbs in clinic.
