五脏病证从脾胃论治之理论探析

摘要
从脾胃与其它四脏的生理、病理关系,阐释五脏疾病从脾胃论治的理论意义,认为人体是以五脏为中心的有机整体,五脏之间通过经络相互络属。同时,五脏生理、病理之间按照五行生克秩序维持着动态平衡,而五脏之中尤以脾胃为重,脾胃为后天气血之本,为其它脏腑的功能活动提供物质基础。
This article interprets reliving and ventilating the theoretical significance via expounding physiologic and patho-logic relation between the spleen and stomach and the other four dirty, and explains the theoretical significance of five viscera from spleen and stomach disease differentiation. The human body is based on five zang-organs as the center of the whole, be-tween the five zang-organs by meridian collaterals belong to each other. While Five zang-organs physiology, pathology, accord-ing to the five lines between birth order to maintain the dynamic balance; the spleen and stomach is the most important; The spleen and stomach is the foundation of the acquired qi and blood, providing material base for other functional activities of the zang-fu organs.
