摘要
在煤炭热解工艺中为了提高煤焦油的产率和质量,对煤炭的热解过程进行了实验,总结和分析了煤炭热解过程中影响煤焦油的产率和质量的关键因素,得出以下结论:煤种结构、热解反应器结构、各种热解工艺条件都会对焦油的产率和质量起到关键作用,只有对不同的煤种选择合适的组合方式,才能做到煤炭热解工艺中煤焦油产出效益最大化。
In order to improve the yield and quality of coal tar in coal pyrolysis process,the pyrolysis process of coal was experimented,and the key factors affecting the yield and quality of coal tar in coal pyrolysis process were summarized and analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:the structure of coal type,pyrolysis reactor and various pyrolysis process conditions would play a key role in the yield and quality of coal tar.In order to maximize the output benefit of coal tar in coal pyrolysis process,it is necessary to select the appropriate combination mode for different coal types.
