足浴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

摘要
目的探讨足浴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及对神经传导速度、生活质量的影响。方法选取142例DPN患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各71例。对照组在基础治疗基础上予甲钴胺片口服治疗;研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用足浴方治疗。结果 2组胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)及腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV在治疗后比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05);2组治疗后生活质量评分比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05);2组有效率比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论足浴方治疗DPN可改善患者症状及体征,改善神经传导速度,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of foot bath on DPN and its effect on nerve conduction speed and quality of life. Methods 142 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 71 in each group. The control group was given oral administration of Mecobalamin Tablets on the basis of basic treatment. The observation group was treated with foot bath on the basis of the control group. Results Two groups of tibial nerve MNCV, SNCV and MNCV and SNCV of common peroneal nerve after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared after treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment, the observation group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with foot bath recipe can improve the symptoms and signs, improve lipid metabolism disorder, improve nerve conduction velocity and improve the quality of life. The effect is remarkable.
