《伤寒论》桂枝应用规律

摘要
《伤寒论》桂枝功效的发挥与剂量、配伍关系密切,用桂枝伍麻黄、生姜解表邪,用桂枝伍白芍和营卫、调阴阳,用桂枝伍茯苓通阳利水,用桂枝伍甘草温心阳,伍干姜助脾阳,桂枝重剂通痹、平冲降逆,用药配伍和比例的变化、方剂用药的加减体现了相应证候的进退变化。桂枝功效的发挥与剂量关系密切,其核心为桂枝的温通作用,随着剂量的增加,表现由少少化气至温通阳气。用药配伍和比例的变化、方剂用药的加减则兼顾了对应证候的进退变化,有关方证之间存在着病之所来、病之所在和病之传变的内在逻辑关系。同时,临证遣方用药需考虑病患体质偏颇。
According to Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,the effect of Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi) is closely related to the dose and compatibility.Guizhi can be combined with Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae) and Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) to release superficial pathogens.It can be combined with Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba) to harmonize yingqi and weiqi,regulate yin and yang.It can be combined with Fuling(Poria) to activate yang and promote dieresis.It can be combined with Gancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae) to warm heart yang.It can be combined with Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis) to help activate spleen yang.Large dosage of Guizhi can dredge meridians and activate collaterals,lower the adverse flow of qi.The changes in the compatibility and proportion of drugs and the addition and subtraction of the prescriptions reflect the changes of the corresponding syndromes.The efficacy of Guizhi is closely related to the dosage.Its core is Guizhi's warming effect.With the increase of dosage,it shows a few effects from transforming qi to warming yang.The change of drug compatibility and the proportion,the addition and subtraction of the prescriptions show the changes of corresponding syndromes.The intrinsic logical relation between the disease causes,symptoms and progress exists in prescription and syndrome.At the same time,it is necessary to take into account the bias of the patient's constitution.The efficacies of prescriptions related to Guizhi in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases embody the organic unity of diseased body,etiology,pathogenesis,location,symptoms and disease nature.
