不同生根培养基对野生百合生根影响的研究

摘要
本试验方案通过对两种不同品种的野生百合在不同生根培养基下处理的生长效果观察的试验研究发现:两种野生百合的生长情况(包括鳞茎形成愈伤组织,不定芽的分化;形成根的数量,叶片的数量,叶片的厚度,株高等)均以在培养基配方为MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L下的生长情况为最好,处理方案为最佳,其次是在1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+活性炭1.0 g/L的配方下生长情况较好,这对野生百合的生长情况有一定的影响,给实践生产带来了一定的指导意义。
