摘要
针对宁夏无烟煤具有"三低六高"和世界稀缺性资源的特点,太西炭基公司组织开展了无烟煤冶炼绿碳化硅科研试验和工业化生产,成功生产出煤基绿碳化硅,其产品指标达到了石油焦基绿碳化硅产品指标要求,甚至个别指标优于石油焦基产品。煤基绿碳化硅工业化生产的成功,推动了碳化硅冶炼技术进步,同时产品具有明显的成本优势和市场竞争力,在一定程度上,促进了碳化硅行业的技术革新。
        For Ningxia anthracite with " three low and six high" and the characteristics of the scarcity of resources,Taixi Carbon-based Company organized anthracite smelting tests and industrialized production.Coal-based green silicon carbide was produced successfully,The indexes of green silicon carbide with anthracite were reached as one with petroleum coke as raw material.Even individual indexes are better than that of petroleum coke products as raw material.The success production of green silicon carbide with coal as raw materials well drive the Si C smelting technology progress.At the same time,the product has obvious cost advantages and market competitiveness,to a certain extent,promote the technology of silicon carbide industry innovation.
