安徽六县脑梗死患者住院直接医疗费用和补偿水平分析

摘要
目的:分析安徽地区脑梗死住院患者的直接医疗费用和补偿情况。方法:借助安徽省新农合省级平台系统,收集6个县2017上半年脑梗死患者住院费用明细,对住院费用及补偿水平等进行统计描述分析。结果:脑梗死贫困患者住院率及实际住院补偿比例均高于普通患者;患者住院费用以检查费、药品费和治疗费为主;95.44%脑梗死患者在县域住院。结论:脑梗死贫困患者住院率高于普通患者;患者次均住院费用和药品费占比均下降,县乡两级是患者住院服务利用的主体;住院补偿比例提高,患者疾病负担有所缓解。
Objective: To analyze the direct medical expenses and compensation of hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction(CI)in Anhui Province. Methods: Data on hospitalization expenses of CI patients with new rural cooperative medical care in 6 counties in Anhui Province in the first half of 2017 were collected to conduct a descriptive analysis of hospitalization costs and compensation levels. Results: The hospitalization rate and actual hospitalization compensation rate of poor patients with cerebral infarction were higher than ordinary patients. The hospitalization expenses were mainly based on examination fees, medicines and treatment fees.95.44% of patients with cerebral infarction were hospitalized in the county. Conclusion: The hospitalization rate of impoverished patients with cerebral infarction was higher than the general patients. Average hospitalization expense and average proportion of medicine were decreased; the county and township medical institutions were the principal body of patients' hospitalization services, and the increase in proportion of patients' compensation had reduced patients' economic burden.
