国内外产业集群跨境合作的研究进展及启示

摘要
当前,国内外的部分研究者们开始着眼于产业集群外部通道的研究,探讨产业集群外部通道的主体、合作机制与发展现状,同时将产业集群纳入到了全球生产网络的框架中,研究产业集群在新经济环境下的发展和升级机理。文章重点对产业集群跨境合作发展的文献进行了回顾和述评,从产业集群内涵的新发展、外部通道、本地蜂鸣等文献的阐述中梳理并总结出产业集群跨境合作发展的前沿理论及实践发展,指出国内外关于产业集群跨境合作的研究越来越多元化,各种学科的融合使得产业集群的跨境合作分析更深入、更专业化。但总体来看,目前还处在探索和发展阶段,关于欠发达国家的产业集群之间的跨国合作网络的相关研究更为匮乏。
At present, part of researchers in domestic and overseas have been studying the external channels of industrial cluster,and discussing main bodies of external channels of industrial cluster, its cooperative mechanism and situation of development; meanwhile, they also bring industrial cluster into the framework of global production network to study the development and mechanism of upgrade of industrial cluster under new economic environment. The paper will mainly review documents about development of collaboration network under industrial cluster; state documents related to new development of connotation of industrial cluster, external channels and local buzz; summarize and conclude cutting-edge theories and practices related to development of collaboration network under industrial cluster, to point out that researches on network of industrial cluster in domestic and overseas become increasingly diversified, and integration among various disciplines makes analysis on network of industrial cluster become deeper and more specialized. Generally speaking,it is on the stage of exploration and development; it is rare to find researches on network of trans-national cooperation between industrial clusters under less developed countries.
