云南甘蔗产业跨境合作发展研究

摘要
随着云南省甘蔗种植成本的不断增长,甘蔗种植的比较效益下降带来的蔗农种蔗积极性下降,使得云南省甘蔗产业发展进入困难时期。当前形势下积极发展与境外邻国的甘蔗产业合作,将是云南省甘蔗产业转型发展的新方向。通过调研云南省甘蔗产业跨境合作现状,分析当前跨境合作存在的困难和问题,并联系实际提出相应的对策建议。
With the continuous growth of sugarcane planting cost in Yunnan Province, the sugarcane farmers' sugarcane enthusiasm decreased due to the decrease of comparative benefits of sugarcane planting, making sugarcane industry in Yunnan Province into a difficult period. Under the current situation, the positive cooperation with the neighboring countries in sugarcane industry will be a new direction for the restructuring and development of sugarcane industry in Yunnan Province. By investigating the current status of cross-border cooperation in sugarcane industry in Yunnan Province, the existing difficulties and problems in cross-border cooperation were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the light of the actual situation were presented.
