摘要
地名唯一标识码是地名数据的"身份证",能有效地实现对地名数据资源的统一编码、规范管理,对海量、多源地名数据资源的管理、整合、更新及服务具有重要的意义。本文以此为驱动,首先阐述了地名唯一标识码的含义及其基本特征,在此基础上,综合利用地名的语义信息、空间信息和时间信息,以地名的相关稳定特质为源,具体包括地名的行政隶属关系、地名所指代地理实体的类别编码、地名对应点位的空间位置、地名的时间及表示方式等信息,建立了一种地名唯一标识码生成方法,并对构成地名唯一标识码的行政隶属、语义体系、地理编码、时间及方式、校验码等5个部分的编码原理进行详细的设计。最后,以点状要素、线状要素、面状要素的地名唯一标识码生成场景为例,对地名唯一标识码的应用模式进行了实践,证明了所提出方法的有效性和可靠性。
Geo-name unique identification code is ID for geo-name data,which can effectively achieve uniform numbers,standardize management for geo-name data resources and has important significance for massive and multi-source geo-name data on management,integration,updating and serving. Based on this demand-driven,a generating method for geo-name unique identification code was proposed in this paper. Firstly,the meanings and basal features of geo-name unique identification code were analyzed. Secondly,comprehensive utilization of semantic information,geo-spatial information and time information,the coding method was established based on interrelated stable features of geo-name such as administrative district relation,classification coding of geo-name geographical entity,spatial location of geo-name point,time and representation mode of geo-name and so on. Then the coding principles of geo-name unique identification code were designed,which is consisted of five parts: administrative district,semantic architecture,geocoding,time and representation mode,check code. Finally,taking generation of unique identification code for point feature,line feature,area feature as an example,the application mode of geo-name unique identification code were analyzed,the experiment results showed that the proposed method is reliable and effective.
