摘要
本文旨在研制一套基于物联网的水产饲料全流程追溯系统,该系统的总体目标是实现水产饲料原料可追溯、销售去向可查询、生产责任可追究、产品质量可控制。系统基于Java平台的全栈开发,采用统一的条码编码方案对采购的原料进行批次标记,解决因原料标识不规范导致不同批次原料混用的问题。领料、投料工序采用条码识别与防错控制,避免受人为因素影响。基于Java平台的SDK二次开发实现二维码打印机在线赋码功能,为水产饲料建立批次"身份证"。通过将水产饲料生产的各个环节信息上传云端数据库,并应用现代信息技术对数据进行处理,从而实现水产饲料生产全流程可追溯。
        This paper was conducted to develop a whole process traceability system for aquatic feed based on the Internet of things.The overall aim of the system was to achieve traceability of aquatic feed ingredients,where sales could be inquired, production responsibility could be pursued,and product quality could be controlled.The system was based on the full-stack development of Java platform,used the unified barcode coding scheme to batch mark the purchased ingredients,solved the problem of mixing different batches of ingredients due to non-standard ingredients identification. Bar code recognition and error prevention control were applied to the material handling and feeding process to avoid being influenced by human factors.Through the secondary development of the Java platform-based SDK(Software Development Kit) for the two-dimension code printer,the online code assignment function was realized,and batch "identity card" was established for the aquatic feed. The whole process of aquatic feed production could be traced by uploading information of all aspects of aquatic feed production to the cloud database and applying modern information technology to process the data.
