护理质量对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者机械通气脱机的影响

摘要
目的探讨护理质量对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者机械通气脱机及脱机后并发症的影响。方法选取本院从2018年1月—12月在呼吸重症监护室住院治疗的COPD患者,对照组为30例给予常规护理干预的患者,实验组为30例给予综合护理干预的患者,比较两组撤机效能及并发症发生情况。结果实验组平均撤机时间小于对照组,一次撤机成功率高于对照组(p<0.05)。实验组撤机后并发症(呼吸机相关肺炎、皮下气肿、气胸)发生率小于对照组(p<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可缩短COPD患者撤机时间,提高撤机成功率,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing quality on mechanical ventilation weaning and its complications in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods The COPD patients who were hospitalized in the respiratory intensive care unit from January to December 2018 were selected. The control group consisted of 30 patients who received routine nursing intervention, and the test group was 30 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention. Weaning efficacy and complications between the two groups were compared. Results The average time of weaning in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of weaning in one time was higher than that of the control group(p <0.05). The incidence of complications(ventilatorassociated pneumonia, subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax) in the test group was lower than that in the control group(p <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the time of weaning of COPD patients, improve the success rate of weaning,and reduce the incidence of complications.
