摘要
提出了大型复杂机电系统制造过程项目化管理的概念、基本模型和实施框架;通过文献回顾大型复杂机电系统的概念,分析了它的共性特征;基于PMBOK的基本理论,构建了大型复杂机电系统项目化管理的基本模型,并着重从组织结构设计、制造过程控制和项目管理过程三个方面阐述了大型复杂机电系统制造过程项目化管理的实施框架,可以为我国装备制造能力提升和管理模式创新提供借鉴和参考。
        The concept,basic model and implementation framework of projectification management in manufacturing process of large-scale complex electromechanical systems were proposed. By reviewing the concept of large-scale complex electromechanical systems,its common characteristics were analyzed.Based on the basic theory of PMBOK,the basic model of projectification management of large-scale complex electromechanical systems was constructed. The implementation framework of projectification management in manufacturing process of large-scale complex electromechanical systems was elaborated from three aspects: organizational structure design,manufacturing process control and project management process,which could provide reference for the improvement of equipment manufacturing capability and innovation of management mode in China.
