摘要
为有效提高高强钢筋辊式矫直精度,基于楔钳作用机理提出一种多段变形、统一曲率多辊止转筋机构,即两侧上辊分别压下,针对不同直径高强钢筋,形成与之匹配的大变形曲率,并处于楔钳夹持状态,保证后续矫直过程的止转筋。在对高强钢筋应力应变分析的基础上,采用工程弹塑性力学基本理论,推导钢筋弹复扭矩方程,结合止转辊系力学模型,建立止转筋变形协调方程,确立钢筋止转条件;应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对止转筋机构工作过程进行有限元模拟,并对钢筋转动角度随时间变化规律、接触应力状态进行探究。仿真与试验结果表明,该机构在保证接触强度的条件下,能实现高强钢筋矫直过程,并有效提高矫直精度,可为实际生产提供指导。
        In order to improve the straightening quality of high strength steel bars,a roller standstill locking mechanism with multi-section deformation and uniform curvature was proposed based on wedge clamp mechanism.On both sides,two upper rollers pressed on the bars respectively,which formed the matched large deformation curvature according to different diameter high strength steel bars.In the wedge clamp state,the standstill locking of reinforcing steel bars in the subsequent straightening process was guaranteed.Based on the analysis of the stress and strain of the high strength steel bars,the elastic recovery torque equation was deduced in reinforcing steel elastic recovery process using engineering elastic-plastic mechanics.The deformation coordinate equation of the reinforcing bars was established combined with standstill locking roller mechanical model,and the standstill locking condition of reinforcing bars was established.Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the working process of the standstill locking mechanism was simulated by finite element method.The rotation angle variation charts of bars,the contact stress state as well as its distortion chart were explored.Test results show that the mechanism could realize the standstill locking of high strength steel bars during straightening and effectively improve the straightening precision under the condition of ensuring the surface contact strength.The work has laid foundation for high precision straightening,and the analysis results can provide guidance for the practical production.
