摘要
通过夹杂物示踪等实验对本厂生产的Q195钢中大型夹杂物含量、种类、粒径、来源等进行了系统研究。结果表明:大型夹杂物粒度在50μm-~320μm之间,主要为引流砂、脱氧产物碰撞形成的脱氧夹杂。铸坯中大型夹杂物中只含La的夹杂个数约占总测试数的10%,只含Ce的夹杂个数约占总测试数的17%,同时含La、Ce的夹杂个数约占总测试数的34%。铸坯中大型夹杂物中只含Na元素的夹杂个数约占总测试数的24%,只含K元素的夹杂个数约占总测试数的16%,铸坯中大型夹杂物来源主要是引流砂进入中间包中黏附中间包渣并进入钢水;脱氧产物黏附钢包渣、中间包渣;结晶器卷渣。大型夹杂物含示踪剂比例反映出钢包渣和中间包渣吸附夹杂物能力不足。
        The content,type,particle size and source of large inclusions in Q195 steel produced in our factory a were systematically studied through inclusion tracer and other experiments.The results show that the large granularity of inclusions between 50-320μm,mainly for drainage sand,deoxidizing products formed by collision.The number of inclusions contained only La in the casting slab accounts for about 10% of the total number of tests.The number of inclusions only containing Ce accounts for 17% of the total test data,while the number of inclusions containing La and Ce accounts for about 34%of the total test data.The large inclusions in the slab contains only Na elements with the number accounted for about 24% of the number of tests,only the number of inclusions containing K element accounted for about16% of the number of tests,the casting billet is the main source of large inclusions in the tundish of drainage sand into the tundish slag adhesion and adhesion of deoxidizing products into the molten steel;slag ladle,tundish slag;mould slag entrapment.The proportion of tracer in large inclusions reflects the insufficient ability of tapping slag and intermediate ladle slag to adsorb inclusions.
