摘要

我国少数民族区域自治制度在实践过程中取得了较为显著的成就,但是在社会不断发展过程中,我们也步入了一个新的时期,在这种时代背景之下,国家行政体制改革也在不断深入,少数民族地区行政管理工作也就在这一过程中无法满足时代发展需求,所以该文也就新时期我国少数民族地区行政管理对策进行了研究。
        The regional autonomy system of ethnic minorities in China has made remarkable achievements in the process of practice, but in the process of continuous social development, we have entered a new period. Under this background, the reform of the state administrative system is also deepening, and the administrative management in ethnic minority areas cannot meet the needs of the times in this process, so we can not meet the needs of the times. This paper also studies the administrative management countermeasures of minority areas in our country in the new period.
