摘要

深化教育教学改革探索,以现代学徒制试点为契机、以实现学校二次跨越发展为目标,进一步深化教育教学改革,通过探索新型办学形式、创新人才培养模式、改革课堂教学方式、优化评价机制等措施强化学校内涵建设、提高教育教学质量、提升社会服务能力,有效服务于区域经济社会发展和产业转型升级。以增强学生创新创业能力为核心,加强思想道德、人文素养教育和技术技能培养,统筹推进课堂育人、实践育人、文化育人;落实改革举措、改革责任、改革节点、改革成效。力争通过三年的系统改革行动,全面提升教育质量和人才培养水平。
        Through reform, we can effectively improve the quality of personnel training in various professions, and cultivate a large number of high-quality technical and technical talents required by economic and social development. Focus on strengthening education teaching management, further update management concept, improve system standards, optimize operation mechanism, improve methods and methods, and improve management level.
