摘要

目的利用合理用药软件系统减少处方差错、促进临床合理用药。方法介绍我院合理用药软件系统的基本功能和在门诊药房的使用情况,对该软件实际运行效果和缺陷进行分析。结果合理用药软件系统能覆盖处方事前预警、事中干预及事后点评分析等门诊用药的各个环节;并能通过药师自定义设置规则对医保限制、特殊药品控制等起到便捷有效的监管作用。我院合理用药软件系统在处方的事前预警环节应用较好,但在处方事中干预和事后点评分析环节仍然存在较大的缺陷。结论我院合理用药软件系统在门诊药房的应用减少了不合理处方和用药差错的发生,有利于提高门诊合理用药水平,但仍有待完善和改造。
        Objective To reduce prescription errors and to promote the rationality of clinical drug use. Methods The basic functions and the application profile in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital of rational drug use software system were all introduced, and then to analyze the actual operation effect and deficiencies of this system. Results The rational drug use software system of our hospital covered all the nodes of outpatient drug use including pre-warning,intervention, evaluation and analysis of prescriptions. The system could also play a regulatory role conveniently and effectively in drugs under medical insurance constraints and special control through the customized check rules set by pharmacists. Therefore, the rational drug use software system of our hospital ran well in pre-warning of prescriptions, but not in intervention, evaluation and analysis of prescriptions. Conclusion Application of rational drug use software system in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital reduced the occurrence of irrational prescriptions and drug use errors, which is beneficial to the promotion of rational drug use in outpatient pharmacy. However, the system still needed to be modified and improved.
