摘要

在针刀医学四大基本理论中慢性软组织损伤理论在临床诊疗中具有不可替代的作用。在对针刀医学中慢性软组织损伤的概念、范畴、分类和致病特点进行全面分析的基础上,结合长期临床诊疗心得,提出慢性软组织损伤的"冰山理论"。在临床诊治过程中,最先了解到的患者信息往往为现象、为疾病冰山的尖部,最重要的却是疾病冰山的下部,即隐性的持久的起决定性作用的冰山之体,具体为人体广泛的慢性积累性软组织损伤,这些才是疾病的最终根源。
        Among the four basic theories of acupotomy,the theory of chronic soft tissue injury plays an irreplaceable role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the concept,category,classification and pathogenic characteristics of chronic soft tissue injury in acupotomology,combined with long-term clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,the author puts forward the " iceberg theory" of chronic soft tissue injury. In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the first information is the patient's phenomenon,the tip of the disease iceberg,but the most important is the lower part of the disease iceberg,that is,the recessive,lasting and decisive body of the iceberg,which is the extensive chronic accumulated soft tissue injury of the human body,and these are the ultimate sources of the disease.
