摘要

在分析和研究丁辛醇生产工艺要求和工艺流程的基础上,根据系统I/O点表进行丁辛醇控制方案研究与确立,同时用STEP7软件编写了模拟量输入输出转换程序、数字量控制程序、PID调节程序,实现丁辛醇控制系统的自动控制.
        Based on the analysis and research for production process requirements and processes of butyl alcohol,according to the I /O table the control scheme of butyl alcohol is researched and established. At the same time,analog input and output conversion program,digital control programs,PID regulation program are programed using STEP 7 software and the automatic control system of butyl alcohol is realized.
