摘要
目的:了解某部官兵的口腔疾病状况,为进行口腔健康干预提供信息依据。方法:参考2013年全军第四次口腔健康调查标准,采用分层整群抽样方法,选择驻疆某部677名官兵作为调查对象。结果:677名官兵患龋率36.78%,龋均0.64;第三磨牙阻生齿检出率29.39%;牙周疾病患病率64.40%;口腔黏膜疾病患病率4.28%;口腔颌面部常见疾病中患病率高的疾病依次为急性冠周炎(2.22%)、颌面部外伤(1.03%)和颞颌关节紊乱病(0.89%)。结论:驻疆某部官兵口腔健康状况有待提高,需要加强口腔疾病预防和早期诊断治疗。
Objective We investigated oral disease in 677 army men in Xinjiang, to provide reference for oral health intervention in army. Methods According to the inspection standard for the forth-epidemiological survey on oral health in army forces, a total of 677 persons were surveyed on oral disease by using stratified random. Results Among the 677 army men, the prevalence rate of dental caries was 36.78%,the decayed missing filed teeth(DMET) was 0.64, the third molar impaction rate was 29.39%,the periodontitis rate was 64.40%,the oral mucosa disease rate was 4.28%. There were 2.22% people with wisdom tooth pericoronitis, 1.03% people with oral and maxillofacial trauma, and 0.89% people with temporomandibular disorders. Conclusion Prevention of oral disease and early diagnosis and treatment need to be enhanced to improve the oral health status of army men in Xinjiang.
