摘要

介绍NY液相脱氯剂的性能及其在扬子石化1.50 Mt/a连续重整装置生成油脱氯过程中的应用情况。结果表明,该剂具有脱除NH_4Cl和HC1性能,保证了重整脱戊烷塔系统氯含量不超标,进而规避了因结盐所致重整脱戊烷塔分离精度下降、加热炉燃烧器烧嘴堵塞等问题。
        Properties and application of NY liquid phase dechlorinating agent in dechlorination of reformed oil in 1.5 Mt/a continuous reforming unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Company were described. The results showed that the dechlorinating agent possessed the properties of removing NH_4Cl and HC1, and chlorine content in the reforming depentanizer system meeting the standard requirement was ensured. Furthermore, decrease in separation accuracy of the reforming depentanizer and blockage of burner nozzle in heating furnace occurring to salt formation was prevented.
