摘要

辽宁老工业基地的进一步发展建设,关乎我国东北地区经济整体发展,在现代要求下,分析其两化融合体制机制的创新有一定的积极意义。基于此,本文以相关课题的研究背景和意义作为出发点,分析推进辽宁老工业基地两化融合体制机制的困难,给出两化融合体制机制的创新理论和建议,旨在通过分析明确当前状况,完善对应理论,为后续工作的开展提供参考。
        The further development of Liaoning old industrial base construction, is China's overall economic development in Northeast China, under the modern requirements, analysis of its two fusion of system and mechanism innovation has certain positive meaning. Based on this, based on the relevant issues of the research background and significance as a point, analysis to promote the Liaoning old industrial base of the two fusion systems and mechanisms of difficult, given two fusion of institutional innovation theory and recommendations and specific content, suggest clear aims to analysis the current situation, perfect the corresponding theory, provide a reference for the follow-up work.
