摘要
根据现有脉动式无级变速器拓扑构型,总结出7点脉动式无级变速器的设计要求,并通过类配综合计算出满足设计要求的运动链。对找到的运动链中构件和运动副逐一赋权,得到多种新型和部分现有的脉动式无级变速器机构构型,进而证明基于运动链的机构型综合方法和新构型的有效性和合理性。从多种新构型中比较选择,最终确定了基于齿轮连杆组合机构的脉动式无级变速器作为优选机构。
According to the topology configuration of the existing pulse CVT,the design requirements of the pulse CVT are summarized and the kinematic chain satisfying the design requirements is calculated by the combination. The structure and motion pair of the found kinematic chain are weighted one by one. A variety of new and some existing pulse CVT mechanism configurations are obtained,which proves the validity and rationality of the type synthesis method and the new configuration based on the kinematic chain. A pulse CVT based on the gear linkage combined mechanism is preferably selected as a preferred mechanism from the plurality of new configurations.
