摘要
剪式举升机防爆油缸失效研究工作的落实,既能够找寻出目前油缸产品设计及加工过程中存在的问题与难点,通过相应的改进措施,可有效解决此类风险,使防爆油缸产品的整体质量得以保障,避免漏油等问题出现,同时凭借设计优化、工艺优化、仓储优化,更便于构建全程管控平台,使防爆油缸的生产质量可控性得以增强。而在各项改进措施落实后,可知防爆油缸的生产水准确实得到了显著提升,并且漏油等潜在问题也得到了解决,使剪式举升机防爆油缸的市场份额得到了保障。
        The implementation of the research work on the failure of explosion-proof cylinder of shear hoist can not only find out the problems and difficulties existing in the process of cylinder product design and processing, but also solve this kind of risk effectively through the corresponding improvement measures. So that the overall quality of explosion-proof cylinder products can be guaranteed to avoid oil leakage and other problems. At the same time, with the help of design optimization, process optimization,warehousing optimization, it is more convenient to build the whole process control platform, so that the production quality controllability of explosion-proof cylinder can be enhanced. After the implementation of various improvement measures, we can know that the production level of explosion-proof cylinder has been significantly improved, and the potential problems such as oil leakage have been solved, so that the market share of explosion-proof cylinder of shear hoist has been guaranteed.
