摘要
铁路专业院校和铁路局职业培训中,因转向架体积大、重量重、结构部件多,检修拆装需要天车吊装,实际教学培训中存在一定困难。为了解决这些问题,基于Unity3D引擎建立了铁路客车转向架虚拟实训系统。系统教学模块可以展示转向架的结构组成及原理,虚拟操作模块可以对转向架进行仿真检修组装。系统仿真度高、交互性好,在实践教学中有良好的效果。
        In the vocational training of Railway Professional Colleges and railway bureaus, overhaul and disassembly need crane hoisting because of the large volume, heavy weight and many structural components of bogies. There are some difficulties in practical teaching and training. In order to solve these problems, a virtual training system for railway passenger car bogies is established based on Unity3D engine. The system teaching module can show the structure and principle of the bogie, and the virtual operation module can simulate the maintenance and assembly of the bogie. The system has high simulation degree and good interaction, and has good effect in practical teaching.
