摘要
现有设计规范对连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)进行结构计算时,较少关注横向裂缝的传荷力作用,关于其传递机理和影响因子的研究也不充分。文章在某路面结构的基础上,建立了CRCP的带缝有限元模型,并在横向裂缝位置嵌入了系列剪切刚度弹簧,模拟了传荷力作用;绘制了单侧偏荷载作用下,CRCP横向裂缝两侧的应力和应变云图;用Grovetti解和Zollinger解验证了模型的可靠性;分析了钢筋类型、基层刚度、钢筋配筋率、地基模量和裂缝宽度等因子对CRC板米塞斯应力分布的影响。文章成果可以指导刚性路面的设计和计算,也利于推广CRCP在道路工程实践中的应用。
While carrying out the structure calculation for continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP),the current design standard pays less attentions to the load transfer force of transverse crack.There are few researches on its mechanism and influence factors.Based on a certain pavement structure,this paper builds a finite element(FE)CRCP model with transverse crack.Then,a series of shear stiffness spring elements are inserted in the transverse crack to simulate the load transfer force.Strain and stress contours on both sides of the transverse crack are drawn for CRCP under unilateral loading.The calculating result is verified by Grovetti and Zollinger solutions.The influence of the steel type,the modulus of pavement base,the reinforcement ratio,the foundation modulus and the crack width on the Mises stress of CRC slab are analyzed as well.This paper can provide reference for design and calculation of rigid pavement and promote CRCP application in road engineering.
