钢铁工业连铸自动化的现状与展望

摘要
本文就钢铁加工中的连铸自动化问题进行了概述。简要介绍了钢铁工业所使用的控制技术及典型应用,并讨论了该技术和构成这些技术实施的关键部分。描述了铸造过程和操作问题,尤其是在生产计划和调度,计算机辅助质量控制以及仪器在连铸机自动化中的关键作用。最后强调了将铸造自动化系统集成到工业生产系统以及新仪器开发的应用。
        This article provides an overview of continuous casting automation in steel processing. The control technology and typical applications used in the steel industry are briefly described, and the technology and the key components that make up these technologies are discussed. The casting process and operation problems are described, in particular in the areas of production planning and scheduling, computer-aided quality control, and instrumentation in continuous caster automation. Finally,the application of casting automation systems to industrial production systems and the development of new instruments was highlighted.
