摘要

保护地范围和功能区划是保护地有效管理的重要手段,作为一类特殊的具有一定保护地属性的遗产类型,农业文化遗产地保护与发展的分区划定,既是规划编制工作的基本要求,更是遗产动态保护与适应性管理的需要。文章以四川郫都农业文化遗产地为例,从农业文化遗产分区内涵和基本原则出发,在探讨分区主要影响因素的基础上,明确遗产地范围、遗产地重点保护区划定和各类功能区定位等,并以分区方案为基础,提出遗产地适应性管理的基本措施,以期为遗产系统动态保护提供科学参考。
        The scope and function division of protected land is an important means of effective management of protected land. As a special heritage with a certain protected land property, zoning planning of agricultural heritage site is not only the specific requirements of planning, but also the demand of dynamic protection and adaptive management of heritage. Taking the agricultural heritage system in Pidu District of Chengdu as an example, this paper proceeds from the connotation and basic principles of zoning planning of agricultural heritage, analyzes the influence factors and clarify the scope and zoning. Based on the zoning plan, some basic measures of adaptive management of heritage are proposed to provide scientific reference for dynamic protection of agricultural heritage.
