摘要
化肥在促进粮食和农业生产中起到了不可替代的作用,但也存在过量施用、盲目施用等问题,带来成本的增加和环境污染。2005年以来,农业农村部大力推进科学施肥工作,依靠科技进步,加大资金投入,加快转变施肥方式。下一步,农业农村部将以保障国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给为目标,进一步降低化肥使用量,增加有机肥资源利用,转变农业发展方式,走绿色高质量发展之路。
        Fertilizers play an irreplaceable role in promoting food and agricultural production, but there are also problems such as excessive application and blind application, resulting in increased costs and environmental pollution. Since 2005, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has vigorously promoted scientific fertilization,relied on scientific and technological progress, increased capital investment, and accelerated the transformation of fertilization methods. In the next step, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will aim to ensure food security and the effective supply of important agricultural products, further reduce the use of fertilizers, increase the utilization of organic fertilizer resources, transform the mode of agricultural development, and take the road of green high-quality development.
