摘要
作为汽车重要的组成部分,车门不仅提供上下车的便利条件,而且还提供安全、舒适的乘车条件,车门布局设计、制造和安装等因素较多,如车身的协调和结构等。由于车门设计要求较高,结构单一,周期较长,所以需分析和验证设计方案的可行性,避免潜在的设计风险。基于CATIA对车门外板、车门内板的结构及车门运动的干涉检查和校核进行仿真分析,可以代替实际产品的研发和试验,从而降低企业研发的时间和成本。
        As an important part of the car, vehicle door not only provides the convenience to get on and off the car, but also provides safe and comfortable riding conditions.There are many factors such as the design, manufacture and installation of the door, such as the coordination and structure of the body.Due to the high design requirements, single structure and long cycle, the feasibility of the design was analyzed and verified to avoid potential design risks.Simulation analysis was conducted based on CATIA to check and verify the structure of the door plate and the inner plate of the door as well as the door movement, which could replace the actual product development and testing, thus reducing the time and cost of enterprise research and development.
