摘要
五相永磁同步电机驱动系统中,由于多相电机的非线性及逆变器的死区效应,传统最近四矢量实现的二维电流控制无法控制谐波子空间的谐波电流。为更好地控制五相电机的谐波电流,需要对五相永磁同步电机采用四维电流控制,其不仅可实现谐波电流的抑制也可通过控制电流提升转矩输出。针对双平面电压调制方法,提出一种基于空间矢量调制的双频矢量调制法及两种结合方式(M1和M2),其能有效解决脉宽调制波形非中心对称及调制比受调制周期限制的问题。分析五相永磁同步电机四维电流控制策略,以两种双频矢量结合方式进行仿真,对不同相差下的调制比进行深入分析,并给出调制比的详细分布,验证了双频矢量调制方式对调制比的提升作用。最后通过实验验证双频矢量调制方式的正确性和可行性,验证了基于双频矢量调制的四维电流控制对谐波电流抑制及死区补偿的有效性。
        In the five-phase permanent magnetic synchronous motor(FPMSM) drive system, because of the nonlinearity of multi-phase motor and the dead-time effect, the traditional two-dimensional current control by dual-frequent vector modulation method based on space vector pulse width modulation(DFV-SVPWM) cannot reduce the harmonic current of the harmonic subspace. In order to get less harmonic current, four-dimensional current control was required, which can not only achieve suppression of harmonic current but also increase torque output. For the bi-plane voltage modulation method, a DFV-SVPWM including two combination method(M1 and M2) was proposed, which can solve the problems about double plane modulation which are the asymmetric PWM and the limited modulation indexes. Through the simulation, the four-dimensional field oriented control(FOC) current control strategy based on DFV-SVPWM of FPMSM was analyzed. The modulation indexes of different phase were in depth analized. And the detailed distribution of the modulation index was given to verify the improvement of DFV-SVPWM. The experimental results verified the correctness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm. And the the effectiveness of the four dimensional current control based on DFV-SVPWM for harmonic current suppression and dead-time compensation was proved.
