养血润肠汤口服治疗产后便秘31例疗效观察

摘要
为研究养血润肠汤口服治疗产后便秘的临床效果,选取分娩后便秘产妇62例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各31例。对照组采取乳果糖口服治疗,治疗组采取养血润肠汤加减口服治疗,观察2组患者疗效,症状改善及复发情况。结果显示,治疗组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(12.90%vs93.55%),差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.001)。治疗组症状积分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,养血润肠汤口服治疗产后便秘效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,且复发率低,用药安全性高。
To investigate the clinical effect of orally administering Yangxue Runchang Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named:Tang)in the treatment of puerperal constipation(PC),62 cases of PC were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into treatment group and control one,31 cases for each;the former received orally administered modified Tang for PC,while the latter orally administered lactulose;then both group's effect,status on symptoms improved and recurrence were compared.As results,in total effective rate the former was significantly higher than the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(100.00%vs 74.19%,P <0.05),but in recurrence rate the former was significantly lower than the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(12.90% vs 93.55%,P <0.001);Also,the status on symptoms improved score in the former was significantly superior to that in the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that Tang for PC has significant effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,and with lower recurrence rate and high safety of medication.
