摘要

企业进行相应的成本控制是在企业内部提前发现可控环节,节约企业成本支出的必不可少的环节。以河北人天通信技术有限公司为例,通过对其成本控制现状的分析,找出其在成本控制方面存在的一些问题,结合相关成本控制理论,探讨该企业出现成本控制问题的主要原因。结合该公司具体情况,提出了相应的成本控制优化措施。
        Enterprise cost control is an indispensable link to find controllable links in advance and save enterprise cost expenditure.Taking Hebei Rentian Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,through the analysis of its cost control status,this paper finds out some problems in cost control,and combines with relevant cost control theory,explores the main causes of cost control problems in this enterprise.Combining with the specific situation of the company,the corresponding cost control optimization measures are put forward.
