摘要

[目的]探讨踝关节骨折术前最佳的自制冰敷冰袋方法。[方法]选取我科2015年10月—2016年3月收治的踝关节骨折病人60例,随机分为两组,观察组采用25%乙醇冰袋冰敷踝部周围,对照组采用普通冰袋冰敷踝部周围,两组病人均于骨折后12 h、24 h、48 h采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛,于骨折后24 h、48 h、72 h测量踝围差值评估肿胀程度,记录术前等待时间。[结果]观察组病人骨折后24 h、48 h疼痛评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组病人骨折后48 h、72 h踝围差值较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组术前等待时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。[结论]25%乙醇冰袋局部冰敷能有效地缓解踝关节骨折病人的疼痛,有助于踝关节消肿,并能缩短手术等待时间。
        Objective:To explore the best method of self-made ice pack before ankle fracture operation.Methods:Sixty patients with ankle fractures admitted to our department from October 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received 25% ethanol ice packs around the ankles,and the control group received ordinary ice packs around the ankles.The pain was assessed by Visual Analog Scale(VAS) at 12 h, 24 h,and 48 h after the fracture.The degree of swelling was evaluated at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h after the fracture by measuring ankle circumference.And the length of pre-operative waiting time was recorded.Results:The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 24 h and 48 h after fracture,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ankle circumference(swelling degree) of the observation group at 48 h and 72 h after fracture were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of waiting time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The 25% ethanol ice pack could effectively alleviate the pain of patients with ankle fracture,help the ankle joint to reduce swelling,and shorten the waiting time of surgery.
